Materials
Three options to cover your home
Architectural shingles
The common choice on the First Coast. Good wind ratings, large variety of color options, and the lowest cost per square foot. Expect 20 to 30 years with Florida sun and salty air.
Standing seam metal
Costs more up front and lasts far longer. Hidden fasteners, no exposed screws to back out, and it sheds a hard afternoon rain fast.
Tile
Concrete and clay tile for Spanish and Mediterranean homes. Heavier, so we check the framing before we quote it.
Repairs and storm damage
Not every roof needs replacing
Plenty of leaks come down to one cracked boot, a loose piece of flashing, or a few shingles the wind lifted. If that is what we find, that is what we tell you and that is all we charge for.
If you have hail or wind damage, we document it with photos and measurements, and we will meet your adjuster at the house so nothing gets missed on the claim.
